The Meltano project has 1+ GB files that fail frequently fail to upload with Fog due to https://github.com/fog/fog-google/issues/323. This probably applies to LFS, backups, etc. We should either implement the resumable upload API or ask the maintainers to get this working. /cc: @mbergeron, @joshlambert, @jschatz1, @ahanselka
