Automatically show fields for environmental variables used in .gitlab-ci.yml

If there are environmental variables in .gitlab-ci.yml these should automatically be prefilled as input variable key on /settings/ci_cd
This will allow me to set up new projects faster because I don't have to enter that field. Suppose I use a template for Meltano it would be very handy to just see SALESFORCE_API_KEY and SALESFORCE_API_SECRET there with a blank field to the right.
