### Problem to solve Can't quickly navigate to an area within gitlab ### Further details Navigate quickly to a deep area of gitlab with minimal clicks. Users will save time and frustration attempting to get to a view that takes several clicks to get to. ### Proposal Custom navigation drop down menu in the topbar for favorited views. ### What does success look like, and how can we measure that? (If no way to measure success, link to an issue that will implement a way to measure this) Each view will have a star/favorite toggle that when toggled on, will add the view to a custom dropdown menu in the topbar, allowing the user to use on click to navigate to that view from anywhere within Gitlab. ### Links / references
