For users of rules and sub-mailboxes in email clients, it would be useful to have my labels included in the email header so that I can filter/group based on labels in my email client. This would allow me to have a sub-mailbox of ~Platform issues using the :eyes: reaction for example. ### Proposal Add an `X-GitLab-Labels` header to email notifications that has a comma separated list of labels ### Links / references
