### Problem to solve Keeping comments organized or grouped together when responding to a specific comment. ### Intended users Developers, Reporters, Managers, basically anyone who uses the issues and merge request pages. ### Further details Sometime ago a speech bubble icon () was introduced so that we can respond to specific comments and keep the conversation grouped together. All is good and well but we have a couple users who do not really go into GitLab that often and when they respond to comments, they just look for the closest box to put a response in (creating a new thread and responses get scattered everywhere). We tried to teach them to use the speech bubble icon but it just doesn't sink in. ### Proposal To help these people out, I'm suggesting that we **always show** the box for responding to comments without having to click the speech bubble icon.
