Contributors graph is not graphing properly on 0 commits
### Summary If there are no contributions on a certain period of time, Gitlab shows a sloping graph from the time of the last commit to the next commit instead of showing blank. ### Steps to reproduce Commit 10 items or higher at a single time then do not commit for a long period of time. The next commit will happen in around 3 months. ### What is the current *bug* behavior? A downward sloping graph is shown - which seems to suggest that there are still commits at that point in time. ### What is the expected *correct* behavior? The graph is expected to be 0. ### Relevant logs and/or screenshots ![Captura](/uploads/caf4327d22552ffd4498f6f690031cb4/Captura.PNG) ### Output of checks This bug happens on GitLab.com
