Warn when a MR includes a fixup! commit

### Description
It recently happened to me that I created a [fixup commit](https://robots.thoughtbot.com/autosquashing-git-commits) and forgot to squash them before merging my MR.
### Proposal
It would be useful if the GitLab UI warned or refused to merge a commit which starts with `fixup!`.
