Enable Snippet Listing with action buttons
### Description
To improve workflow with recurring snippets (ones I use every...hour) it would be nice to have the copy/raw/download actions available directly from the snippet listing.
### Proposal
Introduce the snippet actions (copy/raw/download) icon buttons onto the snippet listing to remove a click from regularly used snippets that you don't really need to read but just need a copy of (be it to clipboard or desktop).

Why should someone use this feature? To save time
What is the underlying (business) problem? Time lost
How do you use this feature? To download settings files we've stored as snippets, or code snippets I use often and don't really need to re-read.
#### Use cases
