In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/2513, we see that there are discrepancies between our intended schema and the Rails schema. We should create and ship an automated tool that flags any differences, perhaps as part of the `rake check` task. The next step would be to reconcile them automatically. /cc: @_stark, @sitschner
