### Summary In the award emoji picker, the last emojis of the "Activity" section have a skin tone modifier just beneath them, and this skin tone modifier overlaps the title of the next emoji section, in this case, "People". ### Steps to reproduce Go to any issue or MR (for instance [this one](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ci-multi-runner/issues/1767)), click the "Add reaction" button, and scroll to the end of the "Activity" section. Could reproduce on Chrome, but not on Firefox. ### What is the current *bug* behavior? The skin tone modifier overlaps the title of the next emoji section. ### What is the expected *correct* behavior?
