### Summary Our assignee dropdown placed on the right sidebar and the `/assignee` quick action show different list of people. Here are two screenshots created on the same issue without reloading the page.   Issue where I faced this last time was: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/14169 I don't know which one is broken, but they are at least inconsistent. The user I was searching for was active in the issue. So I think the quick action shows correct result.
