I think @jameslopez and @dbalexandre have been trying to transfer a large project into another namespace. Unfortunately, it's been timing out with a 502. A quick inspection of `ProjectsController#transfer` shows that we do this synchronously, so it's possible that this takes 60 seconds if things take too long. I think we might have to profile this to see why it's timing out.
