## What A toggle somewhere which allows all collapsed discussions to be expanded. ## Why Currently I frequently have to live edit the CSS on a page to prevent them from being hidden. - Often I want to search for something on the page using the browser's find dialog and it doesn't scan hidden elements - Some times links to comments don't work unless the targets are expanded - Some times it is useful to get a good overview of a discussion before adding a comment or reviewing something. I often see comments repeated in the later stage of a review which have been resolved previously.
