[meta] Installation experience on Ubuntu
### Description Installing GitLab should be easy, fast and reliable. That means that: 1. Downloading the package is fast 1. No configuration is needed until you want something custom (e.g. no artificial limits, signup is enabled, project access request is enabled, etc etc) 1. Inevitable configuration is easy: HTTPS, incoming email, outgoing email, pages domains, container registry, LDAP integration, integration with external 1. HA / backups are easy to set up and inspire confidence (e.g. what happens if a backup fails?) ### Proposal Write a report on the installation experience of GitLab that covers the scenarios above and create issues to improve where necessary. @lbot what are things that customers often need help with? It'd be great if you could help point out things we should pay special attention to. ### Links / references @joshlambert I think this falls in your wheelhouse, would you be interested in doing this? cc @gl-product
