### Time Counting for devs
Currently GitLab have availability to log in spent time in a ticket. But as a Product Manager I would like to have a time tracking tool implemented in GitLab
### Add following metrics
- Time spent on each issue by all devs (like main dev. 10 hours, QA - 2 hours, dev. tester - 1 hour)
- Total time spent on all issues by dev during a week / month / year (Link on issues with total time spent would be enough)
