### Description Currently, sending bulk e-mail from the admin panel to Gitlab users is text only. I increasingly find myself sending emails to users that includes pictures and/or links and currently it's a pain to read those emails because they're text only. ### Proposal It would be great if Markdown and/or HTML is supported so those emails can be rich. ### Links / references N/A
