### Description Via the side panel it is possible to browse [projects](https://gitlab.com/explore) and [groups](https://gitlab.com/explore/groups). I am missing a similar way to browse users on my company-wide GitLab instance. When I want to see what someone has been up to recently, or browse his list of projects, I need to use contorsions and firefox bookmarks. ### Proposal A `Users` exploration page, maybe reachable on the side panel as `https://gitlab.com/dashboard/users`, with the ability to "star" (i.e. bookmark) some users.
