We recently released 8.11 with `source_project` and `target_project` mismatch in pipelines created from fork (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/21107). This happens from time-to-time, mostly because it is tricky and we do not have tests for view that may be affected. This happened quite a few times in the past, so it is time to add those tests now. cc @rspeicher @annabeldunstone @ayufan
