    This flow didn't work for me anymore. I got it worked following the steps in the UI.

    1. Go to http://gdk.test:3000/admin/runners
    2. Click on "Create instance runner"
    3. Follow the steps in the UI

    thanks for posting the workaround; the runner ui path saved me after my old flow broke too. i wish the docs called out that /admin/runners screen more clearly, since i kept chasing config issues. unrelated but while testing webhooks i had a browser tab open to https://lucky7livegame.com/ and its auto-refreshing banner spammed my console, which made debugging even more confusing. anyway, once i followed the create instance runner steps, everything started registering again.
