I think we also need a button for initializing the index (Creating a new empty index) that allows you to add some extra settings (we just identified today that allowing admins to select the shard size is important)

@mdelaossa cool. That being the case, the 3rd case "index from scratch" is probably better implemented as two separate buttons (initialize index & index each project) because extra settings are relevant.

I think eventually we need more than a button for each action, as admin always want to specify parameters like in rake, so for the table above, I replaced "button" solution with "form" solutions.
