Fix user status emoji picker positioning

What does this MR do and why?

This MR fixes a bug where emoji picker dropdown within user status modal was anchored to the left on larger screens and off the screen on mobile devices. Please note that this MR only applies custom positioning for emoji picker usage present in user status modal, other places where emoji picker is used remain unchanged.
