Update the switch of Performance Bar

We use Peek to get an insight into our application.

In the development environment, Peek is always enabled. Peek will send a lot of requests and run interference with log.

So, Sometimes I want to turn off this function.

This modification will not change the effect of the production environment. And allow us to turn off performance bar in the development environment.
