Fix NotificationEvent namespace issue on Notification Setting
What does this MR do?
This MR fixes a bug where dynamic i18n entries are loaded without the NotificationEvent namespace.
I've also noticed that we had some missing dynamic i18n entries so I've added them to be included for translation.
