[markdown] Add inapplicable checkboxes to GitLab Flavored Markdown

What does this MR do?

This MR modifies GFM to render [-] in a list as <input type="checkbox" class="indeterminate" /> and adds JS to $('input[type=checkbox].indeterminate').prop('indeterminate', true), which - in supported browsers - puts the checkbox in a state that is neither checked nor unchecked.
