Document a known limitation for self-hosted DAP
What does this MR do and why?
This change adds a warning note to the troubleshooting documentation for GitLab Duo Self-Hosted. The warning explains that there's a known limitation where a security setting can only be set to one value globally, which creates problems when users want to mix different types of AI models (cloud-hosted and self-hosted without security certificates). When this mixed setup is used, one of the AI chat features may fail to work properly depending on how the security setting is configured. The warning also references a specific issue number where this limitation is being tracked for future resolution.
