Tes update multiple files to use shallowMount

  • Replaced mount with shallowMount to stub child components and eliminate related errors.
  • Handled named slots by stubbing child components with named slots.
  • Updated element finding logic to find child components and test their props and emits.
  • Ensured compatibility with both Vue 2 and Vue 3.
