What does this MR do and why?

This MR addresses 493226.

We're updating the set up section of the Code Suggestions Docs with links to demo installation videos in VS Code and Intellij IDEA.

We believe these videos can help drive internal usage of Code Suggestion across GitLab and may be shared with the contributor community later. Linking these videos in the setup instructions section of the documentation would also be useful, as it serves as the single source of truth for setup information.
