Change 'Merge Requests' to sentence case in EE files

What does this MR do and why?

As a follow-up to !162926 (merged), let's fix the instances of over-capitalized merge requests in the ee/ subdirectory.

For the string 'merge requests,' the 'M' should be capitalized only if it's the first word in a sentence. The 'R' should never be capitalized.
