Fix length, logic and text for compliance badges

What does this MR do and why?

I found few minor issues in the compliance framework badges in the project overview page

We plan to update badges further to be cosistent with the ones in the compliance center. This is a quick bug fix for the frameworks with long names and admin/maintainer logic and phrasing.
