Adjust the new VSA namespace attribute generation
What does this MR do and why?
This MR adjusts some data attributes (not used yet in production) based on Ezekiel's (frontend) feedback: #382492 (comment 1298636491)
We use these data attributes to share variables, configs with the Vue frontend.
Two changes:
- Stringify the boolean config value
enable_tasks_by_type_chart. - Prepend the
groups/path to the Group'sfull_pathto match the currently existing URL structure. Example: https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/analytics/value_stream_analytics/value_streams/779/stages/11247/average_duration_chart?created_after=2023-02-01&created_before=2023-03-02
