Change `type` to `file_type` in log entry

What does this MR do and why?

Change log entry type to file_type. fluentd will inject type into the log entry, so it will be overwritten. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/k8s-workloads/tanka-deployments/-/blob/master/lib/fluentd/logging-config.yaml#L25
