Revert assets image hash optimization

What does this MR do and why?

This reverts merge request !103247 (merged) because CNG and Omnibus depend on pulling registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/gitlab-assets-ee:master, and they are not prepared to use the new assets hash.
