Squash severity values into 'others' in Group Security Dashboard graph

We show individual lines for "major" severity values (Critical, High, Medium, Low). We also show the Total number. Since there are other severity values that are not shown, the graph may look weird and incorrect.

We can introduce a new counter "Others" that squash all the remaining values together.
