Deleted tags still seen as a release

Summary

If you create a tag and write release note to it, it will show as a released version. However, deleting the tag won't delete the release. As an outcome releases doesn't follow the tags when tag is deleted. In my project I have now two almost same releases. One which has spelling mistake on tag and the other one without typo :)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a tag and write release note for it.
  2. Delete the tag
  3. See that release is still there

What is the current bug behavior?

When tag is deleted it will keep on showing as a release

What is the expected correct behavior?

When tag is deleted the release will vanish also. Alternatively there should be a button to delete releases that doesn't have matching tag anymore.
