Add link to detailed sitespeed report from Merge Request

We have the ability to (a) view HTML based artifacts in GitLab and (b) run performance tests with sitespeed. In our example, we show uploading the full Sitespeed report as an HTML artifact. However, to see that I'd have to dig into the job, artifacts, browse, index.html.

Why not have a view report button either from the merge request directly or from the CI view for sitespeed to go directly to that report. It would be of the format:
