500 error when trying to update project surpassing repository limit through the Web interface

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to a project that exceeds the repository size limit (either globally or per group)
• Edit a file through the web interface and click "Commit changes"

Expected result:

An error is displayed staging it's not possible to push to this project due to it exceeding the size limit

Actual result:

500 error: uninitialized constant EE::Gitlab::RepositorySizeError
