When closing an MR have the ability to select a different branch easily from MR via a dropdown.

Problem to solve

When closing an MR and want to merge to a different branch, you need to edit the MR, select a different branch then save and you can now merge to that newly selected branch. Instead of having to edit the MR, could there be a dropdown on the MR page where it displays the "Request to merge -branchname- into master"? The the word "master" in this case would be a dropdown displaying the other branches.
