When using safari, you cannot save changes in group settings as the button continues to stay disabled

Summary

It is not possible to press "save changes" button under Group -> Settings -> General when using safari browser.

Steps to reproduce

Login in to Gitlab.com using sfari, select a group, go to settings, press "expand" for "Permissions, LFS, 2FA", check control box for "Require all users in this group to setup Two-factor authentication" and then try to press "save changes"
