Persist search when visiting issue boards

When you navigate to issue boards, there is a really helpful search filter feature. Usually, I re-type the same filter every time. Does it make sense to always just have the same filter saved, per user, per group/project. So that when you revisit the same set of board, your search is already pre-entered.
