Error importing repository

Summary

When I try importing a repository to GitLab, I get the error

"Error importing repository into myname/tb_qa - undefined method `import_jid' for #ProjectImportState:0x00007f0926c19ae0"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Export a repository in GitLab 9.2.6
  2. Import the .tar.gz file to GitLab 11.7.3-ee (d573592f) using New Project -> Import Project -> GitLab Export

What is the current bug behavior?

It says: "The repository could not be imported.

Error importing repository into myname/tb_qa - undefined method `import_jid' for #ProjectImportState:0x00007f0926c19ae0"

I tried importing several different projects and always get the same error message

What is the expected correct behavior?

The repository should be imported correctly
