Discuss: Explicitly choose Geo names regarding Project, Repository, and Wiki

A Project has a ProjectRepository and/or a WikiRepository.

• ProjectSyncWorker can be expected to sync both ProjectRepository and WikiRepository.

I don't think we need to refactor everything at once.

• New names should follow the guideline
• Rename when convenient or necessary
• Add a few issues to rename the biggest offenders
