Add verbose mode to SAST, DS analyzers

Per a recent discussion in a refactor for our find-sec-bugs analyzer, the addition of a verbose flag was proposed.

There are a few good reasons we should consider the addition of a verbose flag:

1. Useful in developing and debugging analyzers for internal development
2. Provides an option for a more verbose output when requesting failure logs to help debug user issues

This issue is a discussion placeholder for tracking the proposal and whether it should be implemented across all analyzers.
