Auto Remediation provides ready-to-use solutions to fix vulnerabilities.

Users can download the patch from the details window, or create a merge request from there. Anyway, they still need to open the details window to know if a solution is available or not.

We can show if a solution is available in the vulnerability list, so users don't have to click on each and every entry.

When users will be able to create a merge request from the vulnerability list (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/9457), we can revisit this proposal. We also need to show if a MR or an issue have been created in a consistent manner.
