Store designs in Git LFS
Support for uploading versioned designs is being added by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/56549 which will be stored in a repository. These should be stored using LFS before the feature is made generally available to prevent bloat.
Proposal
Store uploaded designs using LFS since they are binary assets.
