Create a merge request from issue list in the Security Dashboard
Problem to solve
We can create a merge request to fix a vulnerability from the details window. We should be able to do the same from the list in the security dashboard.

Proposal
Reconsider the UX for the vulnerability list in the secure dashboard and include the action to create a merge request to automatically fix a vulnerability (Auto Remediation).
