Problem to solve

Chart dashboards need basic features:

• Charts of various sizes
• Arrangement of the charts on the screen

Right now the order and size is static, we should improve this as well as make it drag and drop in the interface

Proposal

We should support a few core features on our dashboards to make them easier to manage:

• Draggable charts, to re-arrange the order
• Resizable charts, to allow control over how large a given chart should be

Once changes are made, they could optionally saved back to the dashboard config

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

A user should be able to re-arrange and re-size components.
