Using concurrency settings to throttle Geo sync

We should provide more information as to how to use the concurrency settings to throttle synchronization between the primary and secondary nodes. This will help customers that are limited in controlling the bandwidth between the nodes.

• - Consider changing the UI to add a slider as shown below. (Keep ability to add numeric value)
• - Update the documentation for how to use the concurrency settings and provide recommended settings

UPDATE After some discussion on the issue, we decided that it is best to have the information in the documentation rather than a screen change.
