Insert a link to the issue in emails from service desk
Problem to solve
After commenting an issue from the service desk, the author of the issue has no possibility to see the whole conversation.
The author just get the comment as an email.
Further details
This depends on issue in the service desk only.
We (the developer) can see the whole discussion, but the author only gets emails with our comments.
Often the author needs to know the whole discussion to give a correct answer.
Proposal
Insert a link to the issue inside the emails from the service desk (like the emails from the issue list).
But to see the issue only. So no login is needed, maybe with an auth token just for this issue.
