Alternative favicon for Geo secondary

We already have the feature to show the pipeline status on the favicon, so maybe it's a good idea to show you're on a ~Geo secondary on the favicon. It would help when you administrating a primary and a secondary simultaneously.

Notes

• It does not distinguish different secondary nodes from each other.
