GitLab Gold Trial promoted to GitLab Gold users

Summary

Although my Gitlab.com account was upgraded to Gold, I am still seeing a banner promoting a 30-day trial of Gold at the top of Gitlab.com pages.

This may be a side effect of the way the account was upgraded to Gold, as per https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/incentives/#gitlab-gold
